In the UK, in order to be fitted into a new building, products need to have a BBA certificate. LoftZone is the only raised attic decking product with this necessary certification, which meant we had to pass detailed strength and accelerated lifetime ageing tests, and our production is regularly audited. You can download our certificate by clicking on the logo. (We checked with UL in the USA whether there was an equivalent US building standard that we could meet, but there wasn’t one).
